Trigify closes at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 and does not move accounts to HubSpot. Export your lead lists and copy your search keywords first, because searches cannot be exported. Signl replaces the LinkedIn engagement half: tracked profiles, keyword searches, qualification and delivery to your outreach tool. It does not replace job-change signals or Reddit and YouTube listening.
Disclosure: Signl is ours. Where Trigify covered more ground, this page says so, and the table marks it.
What is actually closing
Everything below is quoted or paraphrased from trigify.io as read on 30 September 2026.
- Access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Customers on different contractual notice periods get their own dates.
- The team is joining HubSpot. Your account is not migrated there, and Trigify will not appear inside HubSpot.
- Integrations and API access stop when access ends. Any Clay table, n8n flow or HeyReach campaign fed by a Trigify webhook goes quiet that night.
- The export route is "the existing export options" or an email to Trigify's support.
The last point matters more than it looks. Trigify's lead lists export to CSV. Its saved searches, topics and workflows do not, and a request for a native export of "workflows and listening results" is still open on Trigify's own feature board. The part of your setup that took the longest to tune is the part with no download button.
The week-before checklist
Do these while the account still works, in this order:
- Copy every search. Keywords, exclusions and which platforms each one ran on. A note with one search per line is enough.
- List your tracked profiles. The LinkedIn URLs, grouped by why you tracked them: competitors, people your buyers follow, your own team. The grouping matters later.
- Export every lead list as CSV, including the post each lead engaged with and that post's author if the export carries them.
- Save any webhook payloads your Clay tables or n8n flows stored. They hold the same fields in JSON.
- Note which destination each workflow fed, so you can reconnect them in one sitting instead of discovering a silent campaign in November.
What your lead list is, and is not
A Trigify leads export is a record of people Trigify already found. It is not your tracking setup, and it is not something to pour into the next tool.
Under GDPR, the people in that file were collected under the lawful basis you had with Trigify, for that processing. Importing them wholesale into a second vendor is a new processing operation you would need to justify. We covered the underlying rules in GDPR and B2B prospecting.
What the file does hold, usefully, is the shape of your market: whose posts your buyers engage with. That is why Signl's importer counts the people in a leads file and leaves them with you, and turns the authors they engaged with into suggested sources, ranked by how many people each one brought.

Trigify figures from its plans and pricing page, read on 30 September 2026. Overage there was $0.012 a credit. Signl figures from our own pricing, as of 7 October 2026.
Where Trigify was broader
Channels. Trigify listened on Reddit, YouTube and podcasts. We do LinkedIn, and X through an agent. If Reddit threads were your best source, we are not your replacement. Other tools that watch LinkedIn engagement are compared, with dated prices, in LinkedIn engagement tracking tools.
Signal types. Job changes, company changes and the rest of Trigify's 16 social signal types have no equivalent here. A dedicated job-change tool is the honest recommendation for that half.
Workflow freedom. Trigify's node builder let you wire any step to any other. Signl's pipeline is fixed: discover, qualify, enrich, write, send. You change what goes in and where it ends up, not the order.
Where we differ on purpose
Qualification happens before the email is bought. Every engager is checked against your ICP first. Noise is filtered out before any email lookup, only people who pass get one, and the reason each person fits is written down next to them.
Openers are grounded. The opening line quotes or paraphrases what the person actually said, and is rejected if the quote is not in their comment. Someone found under a competitor's post is never told where they were found. The full set of rules is in how to turn LinkedIn comments into leads.
The loop closes. Replies come back from HeyReach, lemlist and Smartlead, so Sources can show which ones produce conversations rather than just volume. Why qualifying before paying for an email matters is covered in the bounce tax.
Pricing, honestly
The two models do not compare unit for unit, and a table that implied they did would be the dishonest version of this page.
As we read Trigify's model, a credit paid for an action: creating a search, returning an engager, running a step. Signl has no credits for this. As of 24 October 2026, Signl is priced by the number of sources you watch, flat monthly or 20% off yearly. Everyone a source finds is included, with verified emails, within a published fair use. A topic search counts as 2 sources.
| Signl plan (as of 24 October 2026) | Price | Sources | People included | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Self-serve | $99/mo, or $79 billed yearly | 25. Hourly on up to 15, the rest daily | Every commenter, 2,000 likers and 500 verified emails a month | Unlimited |
| Signal Engine | $2,000/mo | Sized to what we run for you | The same, run by our team | Unlimited |
So count the profiles and searches you tracked in Trigify, not the credits you used. Up to 25 tracked profiles and searches is the $99 plan, and more than that is a custom plan arranged by hand. When a monthly fair use limit runs out, likers and email lookups wait until the 1st of the next month, and nothing is charged per person. The limits are on the fair use page. Free, Starter, Scale and Runway are no longer sold; accounts already on one keep its limits.
A switch offer runs until 30 November 2026, applied at checkout, and you see the price before you pay. The current terms are on moving from Trigify.
Moving in
The import takes a Trigify export (CSV or JSON), pasted lines, or both. It shows what it found before anything is added: tracked profiles, the authors your leads engaged with, and your keywords as searches. Old posts from a lead list come unticked, because Trigify harvested them already. The step-by-step is in the help guide, Moving from Trigify.
If your agent is connected, ask it to import the file. It lists what it would add and waits for a yes. The wider field of agent tools is in the best MCP servers for sales.
