The right LinkedIn engagement tracking tool depends on what happens after the list. As of 4 October 2026, GetLeads is the cheapest per engager, PhantomBuster the most flexible scraper, Teamfluence the best fit for a team's own profiles, Gojiberry and Valley send the outreach themselves, and Signl (ours) qualifies engagers before buying emails and hands them to your sequencer.
Disclosure: Signl is ours. Every competitor fact below comes from that company's own site, read on 4 October 2026, and each one is linked. Where a rival beats Signl, this page says so.
Key facts
- Trigify closes at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 after its team joined HubSpot, according to trigify.io.
- GetLeads charges $0.012 per engager, enrichment included, from a prepaid wallet (GetLeads).
- PhantomBuster's commenter and liker workflow processes up to 8 posts a day and needs your LinkedIn session (PhantomBuster help).
- All seven tools still open in this comparison offer an MCP server or MCP integration, so an AI agent can drive them.
- As of 24 October 2026, Signl is priced by the sources you watch, with no credits: Self-serve is $99 a month for 25 sources, with unlimited seats. Everyone a source finds is included, verified emails too, within a monthly fair use.
What should a LinkedIn engagement tracker actually do?
Most lists in this search result mix two different products. Analytics tools (Sprout Social, ContentStudio, Taplio) tell you how your posts performed. Engagement trackers tell you who engaged, so sales can talk to them. This page is about the second kind, judged on seven questions:
- Which sources can it watch? Your own profile, competitors, any profile, a single post, a keyword search, other networks.
- Commenters, likers or both? A comment carries words you can answer. A like carries a name.
- Does it check fit before spending? Engagers are mostly not buyers. A tool that qualifies first spends less on the rest.
- What does an email cost? Included in the plan, per credit, or a separate pool.
- Where do people go? Your CRM, your sequencer, or the tool's own outreach.
- Do outcomes come back? Replies and deals synced to the source that found the person.
- Can an AI agent run it? An MCP server means Claude or ChatGPT can add sources and pull leads from a chat.

Competitor columns are taken from the pages linked in each section below, read on 4 October 2026. "Not stated" means we could not find it on their public site that day, not that the feature is missing.
Signl
Signl watches LinkedIn profiles (yours, a competitor's, an influencer's), single posts, and three kinds of LinkedIn search: posts about a topic, posts mentioning a company, and posts by a company's staff. On X it watches accounts and word searches, added from your AI agent. Profiles and searches are checked about once a day by default, and any source can keep watching or scrape a post once.
Each source collects comments, likes or both (likes on the paid plans), and very large posts are read up to 500 people per check on every plan. Job seekers, vendors pitching in the comments and empty "congrats" are set aside with a written reason, before anyone's email is looked up. The opening line is written from the person's own comment and rejected if the quoted words are not in it. People found on X skip the email lookup and go straight to your list, for outreach on X or LinkedIn.
People go to Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, HeyReach, Expandi, HubSpot, Clay or a webhook, with Slack alerts on top. Replies come back from Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, HeyReach and Expandi, and HubSpot deals and meetings are read daily, so each source shows conversations rather than volume.
Pricing, as of 24 October 2026, is flat by the number of sources watched, with no credits and nothing charged per person. Self-serve is $99 a month for 25 sources, or $79 billed yearly, with unlimited seats. It includes every commenter, 2,000 likers a month, 500 verified work emails and 500 tailored first messages, and carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. There is no free plan; the analyzer on the home page shows who engaged with a profile's recent posts without an account. A topic search counts as 2 sources. Signal Engine, where our team runs it, is $2,000 a month. The details are in plans and pricing.
Better for: teams that already have a sequencer and want qualified engagers with a grounded opener delivered into it, run from the app or from an agent.
Teamfluence
Teamfluence is built around your own team's LinkedIn presence: profile visits on your teammates' profiles and company page, plus likes, comments, shares, follows and new connections. Its pricing page adds competitors, influencers, keywords and ads, and its comparison page says post tracking works on any post. Signals are qualified against persona and company criteria you set, and go to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack or a webhook.
From 1 October 2026 there are two plans for new customers. Small Unlimited is $299 a month (€259) for up to 10 seats, 500 new leads and 10,000 credits. Regular Unlimited is $499 a month (€449) for up to 50 seats, 1,000 new leads and 20,000 credits. A verified email costs 4 credits, charged only if found. Its comparison page also mentions an MCP server that lets your assistant read your signals.
Better for: a sales team of several people who post on LinkedIn and want profile visits and connection signals, which Signl does not collect.
GetLeads
GetLeads monitors any public profile and captures everyone who likes or comments on its posts, with a one-time scrape for a single post. Each lead comes with the post, the comment and enrichment from its contact database. There is no subscription for this product: $0.012 per engager, from a prepaid wallet, with a free count of a profile's engagers before you commit. Leads leave as CSV, by webhook, or through its MCP server.
The site describes filtering by seniority, function, country and company size. It does not describe a fit check that runs before the charge.
Better for: anyone who wants the raw engager list as cheaply as possible and will qualify it themselves. Per engager, it is cheaper than Signl.
PhantomBuster
PhantomBuster's LinkedIn Post Commenter and Liker Scraper takes one source per workflow: a company page, a profile, a post or a post search URL. It extracts commenters, likers or both, as separate rows. It runs once a day, processes up to 8 posts a day and monitors up to 50 at once. It needs a connected LinkedIn account through the browser extension or a session cookie, and the help article notes that LinkedIn may only show "Most relevant" comments.
Its pricing page showed us euros: Start at €69 a month (€56 billed annually), Grow at €159, Scale at €439, plus a 14-day free trial with exports limited to 10 rows. Every plan lists an MCP server, HubSpot sync and n8n, Zapier and Make.
Better for: operators who want one toolkit for many scraping jobs across 15+ platforms and are comfortable connecting their own LinkedIn account.
OutX
OutX is social listening on LinkedIn and Reddit: keyword tracking, profile tracking and company tracking, with replies drafted for you to send from your own account. It surfaces posts and comments that match, rather than harvesting everyone under a post. It runs as a Chrome extension, and its agent docs describe an MCP server with 33 tools that needs that extension running.
The pricing page lists Free, Growth at $99 a month (1,000 profiles tracked), Expert at $249 and Ultimate at $999, with a 7-day trial.
Better for: founders who want to reply on the post itself, and anyone whose buyers talk on Reddit. Signl does not cover Reddit.
Gojiberry
Gojiberry is an AI outbound agent. Its homepage names competitor engagement, following your company and being active in your space as signals, scores prospects against your ideal customer, and then runs email and LinkedIn outreach itself. Pro is $99 a month for 2 AI agents and up to 1,800 prospects contacted a month, with waterfall email enrichment and CRM, API and MCP integrations (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Claude).
Better for: a founder with no sequencer who wants signals and sending in one subscription.
Valley
Valley also runs the outreach. Its signals include post engagement, keyword engagement, lead magnet replies, hiring and competitor complaints, followed by qualification, research and messages in your voice. The pricing page lists Starter at $199 per seat per month for LinkedIn only, Plus at $299 with email and waterfall enrichment, and Growth at $499 per seat. It connects to Claude and ChatGPT through MCP, and to HubSpot.
Better for: teams who want LinkedIn outreach done inside the same tool that finds the people, and are happy to pay per seat.
Trigify
Trigify announced on 23 September 2026 that its team is joining HubSpot and that the standalone platform is being wound down. For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, and customers are not moved to HubSpot. If you are moving off it, our Trigify alternative guide covers what to export first.
Where Signl loses
- Price at low volume. GetLeads charges $0.012 per engager with enrichment included, prepaid, with no subscription. Signl is flat: Self-serve is $99 a month for 25 sources, with everyone those sources find included, likers and verified emails too. $99 buys about 8,250 GetLeads engagers. If your sources produce fewer engagers than that in a month, or you only run them now and then, GetLeads is cheaper. Above that, Signl's flat price works out lower per engager. The units still differ: a GetLeads engager is a row you qualify yourself, while Signl checks each person against your ICP and looks up a verified email only for those who fit. Self-serve carries a monthly fair use of 2,000 likers and 500 verified emails, so at very high volume compare GetLeads with a custom plan or with Managed.
- Your own team's signals. Teamfluence sees profile visits, follows and connections. Signl only sees public engagement on posts.
- Reddit and other networks. OutX covers Reddit; PhantomBuster covers 15+ platforms. Signl covers LinkedIn and X, and X sources are added from your agent for now.
- Doing the sending. Gojiberry and Valley send the messages. Signl hands people to the tool that sends.
- Phone numbers. Teamfluence and GetLeads offer them. Signl does not.
How do you choose a LinkedIn engagement tracker?
Start from what you already own. If you have a sequencer and an ICP, you need a tracker that filters and delivers, so look at Signl or Teamfluence. If you have neither, an all-in-one like Gojiberry or Valley saves a setup. If you only need names and will qualify them yourself, GetLeads or PhantomBuster is cheaper.
Then run one week of your best source through two tools and count replies, not rows. A list of 2,000 likers that produces nothing is more expensive than 150 commenters who answer. The case for paying on result rather than on attempt is in the bounce tax, and the agent side of this category is in the best MCP servers for sales.
Collecting engagers is processing personal data. In the UK and EU you need a lawful basis before you contact anyone, which we cover in GDPR and B2B prospecting. This is not legal advice.
What we left out
Taplio and similar tools are content and analytics products for your own posts, not engager pipelines, so they are not compared here. The many single-purpose Apify actors that export post engagers are building blocks for developers rather than tools a sales team runs, and their prices change per actor.
