Moving from Trigify

Trigify closes on 22 October 2026. Export what you can, then import your tracked profiles and keywords into Signl as sources in a few minutes.

Updated Oct 7, 2026

Trigify's team is joining HubSpot and the standalone product closes at 11:59pm UK time on 22 October 2026. Accounts are not moved to HubSpot, and integrations and API access stop the same day. This guide moves what you tracked there into Signl.

1. Export from Trigify before it closes

Download every lead list and tracked profile list you can, as CSV. If you sent Trigify data to a webhook, Google Sheet or n8n, keep that too: Signl reads Trigify's webhook data as JSON.

Trigify does not export its searches, so open each one and copy its keywords into a note, one per line.

2. Import into Signl

Open Sources and choose Moving from Trigify? Import your setup, under your sources (or in the middle of the page if you have none yet). You can:

  • Drop in an export file (CSV or JSON)
  • Paste profiles, posts and keywords, one per line
  • Do both at once

Signl reads it and shows what it found, before anything is added:

  • Profiles from a tracked list, or from a lead list the authors your leads engaged with, with how many people each brought
  • Searches from any keywords column or pasted words
  • Posts named in a lead list, unticked, because Trigify already harvested them

Tick what to watch, say whose the profiles are (competitors, people your buyers follow, your own team, or a mix), and choose Add. Your plan's source limit applies: 15 on Self-serve, with a search counting as 2. More than that is arranged by hand on a custom plan. From a lead list, start with the authors who brought the most people.

Lines Signl cannot use are listed with the reason: company pages (add a mentions or company people search instead), LinkedIn member ids without a profile link, reshare links and single X posts.

3. Connect where people go

Connect the tool you sent Trigify leads to under Settings, then Tools. Signl sends to HeyReach, Clay, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist, Expandi, Slack and any webhook, and reads replies back from the tools that support it.

With your AI agent

If Signl is connected to Claude or another MCP client, ask it: "Import my Trigify export into Signl". The import_from_trigify tool shows what it would add, asks you to confirm, then adds it, including X accounts and searches.

The switch offer

On the Plans page, tick I'm moving from Trigify before you choose a plan and the switch offer is applied at checkout on Starter or Pro billed monthly, until 30 November 2026. You see the price before you pay. Starter is $40 a month for 5 sources, the same as Trigify's entry plan. See plans and pricing.

Common questions

Are the leads in my Trigify export imported?

No. They stay with you. Signl did not collect them, so it does not store them. The import reads whose posts those people engaged with and suggests those authors as sources, so new people keep arriving.

What does Signl cost after Trigify?

As of 7 October 2026, Signl is priced by the sources you watch, with no credits. Starter is $40 a month for 5 sources, the same as Trigify's entry plan, and Pro is $99 for 15 with unlimited seats. Everyone a source finds is included, with verified emails. Yearly billing is 20% off, and the switch offer applies to Starter or Pro until 30 November 2026.

Can I import X accounts and searches?

Yes, through your AI agent: ask it to import your Trigify export and it adds X accounts and searches too. The import screen in the app adds LinkedIn sources.
