Watch your team's posts

One source watches what everyone at your company posts on LinkedIn, collects who engages, never your colleagues, and shows whose posts bring people in.

Updated Oct 7, 2026

Everyone at your company who posts on LinkedIn draws an audience. Watch your team's posts turns that audience into people you can talk to, with one source for the whole company.

Setting it up

On the Sources page, choose Add source, then Your team's posts. Enter your company's LinkedIn page, such as linkedin.com/company/your-company, or its name. Signl checks for new posts by anyone who works there, daily on paid plans and every 2 days on Free, and reads who engaged with them.

The source is always watched and always marked as your own, because the people engaging are engaging with your company.

What is collected

  • The people who comment: reactions are not read on this source, only comments. Commenters go through the same steps as any source: rules first, then your ICP check, then a verified email lookup for each person who passes, within your plan's fair use on verified emails.
  • Never your colleagues: authors are remembered and skipped, and so are colleagues commenting on each other's posts.

Openers that say where it was

A drafted opener may say the person engaged with a colleague's post and use the colleague's first name, for example "Thanks for your comment on my colleague Sarah's post about month end close." It never says "my post", because you did not write it.

By teammate

Open By teammate on the source to see, for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, each colleague whose posts brought people in: posts, people found, qualified, sent to your tools and replied. A person on two colleagues' posts counts for both, and once in the total. In Claude or another agent, ask for the same with get_team_posts.

Plans

Your team's posts is on every plan. It is a search, so it counts as 2 sources toward your plan's source limit: 2 of Free's 2, 2 of Starter's 5 and 2 of Pro's 15.

Common questions

Are my colleagues collected or charged as leads?

No. The people who wrote the posts are your colleagues, so Signl remembers them and never collects them. A colleague who comments on another colleague's post is dropped too, and so is anyone whose headline names your company. Only the people outside your company who engage are collected, and the AI checks each of them against your ICP. Nobody is charged per person on any plan.

Will it find every post my team writes?

It finds most of them. Signl searches LinkedIn for new posts by people who work at your company, daily on paid plans and every 2 days on Free, up to 10 posts a check, so new hires are picked up without any setup. At a large company a busy day can hold more than that. If a few people matter most, also watch their profiles as separate sources so none of their posts are missed.
