Work as a team

Invite teammates into one workspace on Pro, give them roles, route people to the right person by country, persona or source, and see who owns whom.

Updated Oct 7, 2026

On Pro, several people can work in one workspace: the same sources, Inbox, accounts and plan, with each person owning the people routed to them.

Inviting

In Settings, under Team, enter a colleague's email and choose a role. They get an email with a link, and you can copy the link too. It works once, for 14 days, and only for that address.

Roles

  • Owner: pays, invites, removes people and changes roles.
  • Admin: invites and removes members and edits routing.
  • Member: works the Inbox, and can leave.

Routing

Rules decide who gets each person as they arrive, and the first rule that matches wins:

  • People in a country, such as GB.
  • People matching a persona, a named set of titles you add under Settings, ICP, such as "Finance leaders: CFO, Finance, Controller".
  • People found by a source.

In the Inbox, filter to Mine, Unassigned or one teammate, and change who owns a person from their panel.

Seats and billing

As of 7 October 2026, Pro includes unlimited seats, the owner's among them, and there are no seats to buy, so a whole sales team can work from one workspace. Free and Starter have 1 seat. Custom plans for bigger teams are arranged by hand. Only the owner changes the plan or opens billing. Teammates share the workspace's plan: its sources and its fair use on likers and verified emails.

Common questions

How many people can join?

As many as you need. Pro includes unlimited seats, yours among them, and there are no seats to buy. Invitations work for 14 days, once, and only for the address they were sent to. Teams is on Pro, so on Free and Starter you work alone until you upgrade. On a custom plan arranged by hand, seats are part of that agreement.

What happens when someone leaves?

They lose access at once, and everything they worked on stays in the workspace. The people assigned to them become unassigned, and their routing rules are removed, so nothing is lost and nobody is sent twice.
