See what Signl made you

The Dashboard's Pipeline tab counts the replies, meetings and deals your tools sent back for people Signl found, with what the deals are worth, by month and by source.

Updated Oct 7, 2026

The Pipeline tab of the Dashboard answers one question: what did Signl make you? It counts the replies, meetings and deals your connected tools sent back for people Signl found, adds up what the deals are worth, and shows it by month and by the source that found each person.

What it shows

  • A headline for the month, such as "Signl sourced 4 meetings and $38k of pipeline in September."
  • Pipeline sourced over the last six months, with the number of deals and how many were won.
  • By month: pipeline value, meetings or replies, one at a time, with a table of every figure.
  • By source: which of your sources the people who answered came from.
  • Who it was: the furthest each person got, by name.

How it counts

Each reply, meeting and deal is counted once, even when two tools report it. A deal counts only if it was created after Signl sent the person. Deals in another currency are counted but not added into the total, and the page says how many. Outcomes stay on the report after the people they are about are deleted under our 90-day retention.

The monthly email

On the first days of each month, Pro accounts get the previous month's numbers by email, and in Slack if it is connected. Accounts with nothing to report that month get nothing.

Get the most from it

Connect HubSpot under Settings, Tools, so meetings and deals come back with their value. Replies alone come from your outreach tools. The same outcomes also teach Signl who to put first in your Inbox, shown under the report.

Common questions

Where do the numbers come from?

From your own tools. Replies come from the outreach tools you connected (Instantly, lemlist, HeyReach and others). Meetings and deals, with their amounts, come from HubSpot once a day. A deal only counts if it was created after Signl sent the person, so a deal you already had is never claimed.

Which plan includes it?

Pro, at $99 a month or $79 billed yearly. On Free and Starter the page shows an example account, so you can see what it looks like before you upgrade. The monthly email with the same numbers goes to Pro accounts that got at least one reply, meeting or deal that month.
