Companies: the accounts behind the people

The Inbox's Companies view groups the people Signl found by company, shows their roles and who is still missing, scores each company and lets you reach them together.

Updated Oct 7, 2026

People buy as a company. In the Inbox, switch from People to Companies: it gathers the people Signl found by the company they work at, so you can see when several people from one company are engaging, what each of them said, and who you have not reached yet.

What each account shows

  • Who engaged, with their roles: Leadership, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and engineering.
  • Who is missing: the roles your ICP sells to that nobody at the company holds yet, such as "no one from Finance yet".
  • A score from 0 to 100, with its parts, so you can see why one company is above another.
  • What they said, in order, with the source each comment came from.

Companies with two or more people engaging in the last 14 days are marked as warming up.

How people are grouped

By the company domain when Signl has their email, otherwise by the company named in their headline. A person with no company in their headline and no email is not in an account, but is still in your Inbox.

Common questions

How is the account score worked out?

From five parts you can see in each account: how many people engaged, how strong the best of them is, the strongest thing anyone said, how recent it is, and whether anyone has already answered. Two people at one company describing the same pain this week scores higher than one person a month ago.

What does sending the account do?

It sends everyone at that company who is still to contact to the tool and campaign you choose, in one go. Each lead carries a field called signl_account_context, such as 2 others at Northwind also engaged with this, so your sequence can write to the company as well as the person.
